- Module 1 (Cancer Treatment and Chronic care): No Cover, Restricted Cover or Full Cover.
- Module 2 (Out-Patient Treatment): No Out-Patient, Basic, Intermediate, Extended and Advanced Out-Patient options.
- Module 3 (Additional Benefits): Dental, Wellness, Optical and Maternity options.
