Our flexible Choices plan is available to Corporate Groups from 1 – 4 employees – with simplified medical underwriting and medical history disregarded from 5 employees. For established firms with thirty or more members, we are able to tailor a package to your exact requirements.

Wherever you are, with one phone call, we can direct you to the nearest suitable medical facility. We give you the freedom to choose where you receive treatment. If you don’t know where to go, we’ll help you find a suitable local facility there and then.
