For group schemes with 5 or more employees, Our new modular "Choices" plan offers cover for pre-existing conditions. The enrolment process is quick and easy as no application forms are required - you simply provide a list of the employees and dependents that you would like to be covered.
For larger groups, subject to requirements, Expacare offers our ‘design & build development tool’ in addition to the current range of cover plans to provide more tailor-made international healthcare solutions for more specific requirements. 1-4 Employees
The Corporate Advantage Plan provides reassurance to companies with fewer than 5 employees together with their families. Cover can start from as little as one employee and with enrolment by way of simplified medical underwriting and once accepted it provides smaller groups with favourable corporate pricing.
Standardcare offers cover for in-patient hospital treatment with some provision for follow-up out-patient treatment. It covers the more expensive element of any course of treatment which is the in-patient hospital stay, together with the reassurance that if it is necessary to carry out an emergency medical evacuation, cover for this is automatically included in the plan.

The Executivecare plan gives the reassurance that the cost of out-patient treatment will be covered as well as the major inpatient hospital expenses. As with Standardcare, cover for emergency medical evacuation is included automatically. For consultations, GP visits and diagnostic services the cover is a full refund with additional benefits for prescription drugs, vaccinations occupational therapy and complementary therapies.

Specialcare is the Expacare plan with the most wide-ranging benefits and offers cover that compares favourably with other leading products in the market. All the key elements of cover are included: in-patient hospital expenses, out-patient benefits, prescription drugs and vaccinations and routine medical examinations. In addition Specialcare includes cover for maternity care with treatment for birth defects and congenital illness, routine dental treatment, treatment for alcohol and drug addiction and lump sum payment on diagnosis of AIDS.

5 - 29 Employees
"Choices" is our new plan specifically designed to offer a flexible modular product to small groups (minimum no. of employees 5) on a Medical History Disregarded (MHD) basis.
"Choices" offers companies the ability to chose an international medical insurance solution that best meets their needs."Choices"is a flexible modular product available to groups of between 5 - 29 employees. The plan consists of a core module that offers In-Patient treatment, with add on modules that can extend the cover to include various levels of Out-Patient cover, cover for chronic conditions, cancer and various other care and wellness options. These choices let you select the cover to suit your needs
In all cases, cover is offered on a Medical History Disregarded (MHD) basis, thus ensuring ease of enrolment and peace of mind when members need to use the policy.
The benefits selected must be the same for all insured members of a group scheme.

30+ Employees
For larger groups, subject to requirements, Expacare offers a ‘design & build’ product in addition to the current range of cover plans to provide more Tailor-made international healthcare solutions for more specific requirements.
For groups in excess of 30 employees we recognise the need to provide a truly flexible and bespoke Tailor Made product solution. Our plan gives us the ability to provide you with a benefit solution that matches the flexibility that both suits your business as well as giving your employees a benefit that they will value.
Regional Group Plans
Where required for either regulatory, or specific geographical requirements, Expacare offers bespoke regional plans around the world to better serve the needs of expatriates based in these regions. Currently we offer three such arrangements in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Indonesia
For Abu Dhabi we offer two plan options in conjunction with the Al Ain Ahlia Insurance Company. Our plans are HAAD licensed and claims administration and assistance provided locally by a HAAD approved claims administrator.
For Dubai, we offer our Standardcare, Executivecare or Specialcare plans but with the added benefit of local direct claims settlement for all claims within our network.
For Indonesia there are three plan types, Bronze, Gold and Platinum. The Bronze and Gold options offer cover for in-patient treatment in the country of residence and elsewhere in SE Asia, if suitable treatment is not available locally. The Platinum Plan also offers cover for out-patient treatment and evacuation. Expacare’s Mediksure plans are supported by a local claims administrator and assistance provider in Jakarta
