In order to comply with local licensing regulations, Expacare has chosen Al Ain Ahlia
as its partner in the United Arab Emirates. Al Ain Ahlia is a national insurance
company of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and is owned by the Government of Abu Dhabi and
local citizens of the United Arab Emirates.
Incorporated in Abu Dhabi at the end of 1975, Al Ain Ahlia began underwriting in
1976 and has grown to become one of the largest insurers in the region. Al Ain Ahlia
is recognised as a market leader and have become noted for their conservative underwriting
approach backed by first class security.
DKV Deutsche Krankenversicherung AG
DKV is Europe’s largest private medical insurance company operating in seven European countries.
Worldwide it has over 6.3 million customers and premium income of 4.2 billion Euro as at 2007.
DKV has over 75 years experience in the health insurance industry and over 40 years in the
international health insurance business.
PT. Asuransi Dayin Mitra
Indonesia is one of Expacare’s long-established key markets. To enhance our position there,
we have chosen Asuransi Dayin Mitra as our partner in compliance with local licensing
requirements. Asuransi Dayin Mitra is a public local company, established in 1982 which
went public in 1989. Currently the shares are traded at the Jakarta Stock Exchange. ADM
has grown to be one of the leading general insurance companies, supported by first class
international reinsurers, with branches and representative offices nationwide.
International SOS (ISOS)
ISOS is one of the largest medical assistance companies in the world. It operates Alarm Centres
in strategic locations around the globe as well as wholly owned clinics in areas where it is
sometimes difficult to obtain appropriate healthcare. The medical assistance provided by ISOS
is based on local knowledge and access to appropriate healthcare.
Global Assistance & Healthcare®
Expacare has formed a strong alliance with Global Assistance & Healthcare® who actively
provide assistance services via alarm centres around the world, each operating 24 hours a day,
365 days a year. It's centralised centre is in Jakarta Indonesia.
Global Assistance offers both emergency assistance services and claims administration
services. It operates one of Asia Pacific's largest provider networks and has experienced
case managers always available to assist policyholders in accessing quality medical services.

MedNet UAE
Expacare has formed an alliance with MedNet to provide local claims servicing for our clients
based in the Middle East. One of the main medical administrators operating in the region, MedNet
has a team of highly experienced professionals. It operates a freephone helpline attended by
medically qualified staff to provide advice and claims authorisations to our members and its
network of providers. MedNet has developed an extensive network of providers in the UAE and is
expanding this to the rest of the Middle East. MedNet is based in Dubai in the UAE and is well
placed to provide an efficient and empathetic service to our group and individual clients,
as well as our brokers.
